03  How it works

  1. STEP 1
    You send the pack. SLD, cutout photo, technical spec and customer details. Email is fine.
  2. STEP 2
    I check it's complete and submit. Right form for the DNO, filled in correctly. If something is missing, I ask you before it goes in.
  3. STEP 3
    I track and chase. I hold the reference, answer DNO queries and keep the application moving.
  4. STEP 4
    You get the approval and export number. Decision, export number and MPAN passed back for your records and the customer's.

04  What you need to send me

Five items per site. Incomplete packs are the main cause of delay.

05  Scope and liability

You remain the designer of record for the installation.

I am responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the submission — the right form, filled in correctly, submitted and followed up.

I am not responsible for the system design, the specification, or the installation work.

If the information you send is wrong, the application will be wrong. I will flag anything that looks inconsistent before submitting.
